About the role

- Competitive OTE: €130,000 – €160,000 (70% fixed, 15% variable effort, 15% variable target, uncapped)

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in complex solution sales within the German market
- Proven track record in enterprise account development, planning, retention and new business acquisition
- Experience in service‑led sales (not only SaaS/product)
- Strong network within the German enterprise ecosystem
- Understanding of client technology landscapes, growth plans and competitive environments
- Skilled in proposal building, contracting and negotiation
- Passion for technology, data and AI
- Native German proficiency and excellent English communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
- Living in or willing to relocate to Munich
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and define ML6’s GTM strategy for the German market
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles and pitch to C‑level executives
- Act as a trusted advisor for key accounts, supporting their innovation roadmap
- Represent ML6 at events as a speaker and thought leader
- Collaborate closely with marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Mentor colleagues and share best practices across the team
- Strengthen ML6’s brand presence in Germany through proactive initiatives
- Leverage and expand your professional network to generate referrals and credibility
