Introduction

Guestway is looking for a strategic and hands on Head of Growth / Customer Success Lead to take ownership of the entire post sales customer journey. In this role, you will manage onboarding, customer success, support, and retention while acting as the key bridge between customers, sales, and product teams. You will join a fast growing hospitality tech scale up where you can directly shape processes, improve customer experience, and build the foundation for a future customer success team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong SaaS understanding with operational ownership, communication skills, and a passion for building scalable growth structures.
