Required Skills

• HBO werk- en denkniveau

• 0–4 jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte of technische rol

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden

• Technische informatie helder kunnen overbrengen

• Analytisch en resultaatgericht

• Affiniteit met software, processen en innovatie

Key Responsibilities

  • Behandelen van klantvragen via tickets, e-mail en telefoon
  • Uitvoeren van analyse en onderzoek naar software-issues
  • Meewerken aan AI-projecten en optimalisatie van het helpcenter
  • Bewaken van klanttevredenheid en opvolgen van openstaande issues
  • Samenwerken met consultancy, sales en IT
  • Vertalen van technische vraagstukken naar begrijpelijke oplossingen
  • Ondersteunen bij implementaties en klantprojecten
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen in processen en dienstverlening
