- You know how to strategically identify and engage potential clients to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- You are confident applying the Challenger Sales methodology to influence decision-makers and close complex B2B deals.
- You have a strong ability to analyze market trends and spot opportunities within the Benelux industrial automation sector.
- You excel at building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
- You bring a solid understanding of industrial automation, IT solutions, and digital transformation trends.
- You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and support teams to ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- You take the lead in driving new business efforts to expand ATS Global’s presence across the Benelux industrial automation market.
- You identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients through strategic outreach and networking.
- You deliver tailored presentations and product demos in collaboration with subject matter experts, addressing each client’s specific challenges.
- You manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing — using a consultative, Challenger-based approach.
- You collaborate closely with marketing and sales to develop targeted campaigns and messaging aligned with market needs.
- You provide market feedback and insights to local and global teams to help refine solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
- You maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- You represent ATS Global at key industry events to increase brand visibility and build strategic connections.
