Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience as BDR and AE in SaaS software sales, ideally in scale-ups
• Proven track record of hitting targets and closing mid-market to enterprise-level, complex deals
• Experience with FMCG retail and familiarity with ERP, quality, and compliance processes
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Skilled at combining outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and nurturing past
opportunities to build a strong pipeline.
• Affinity with sustainability, ESG, and operational supply chain topics
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
• Self-starting, result-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on SaaS and consultancy growth
• Build and manage the full sales process, from lead generation to deal closing
• Identify opportunities with international retailers and brands in FMCG
• Navigate client discussions on compliance, supply chain, ERP, and sustainability
-Balance prospecting for new accounts with nurturing and expanding existing prospects
• Shape and optimize sales processes and tooling for a scaling organization
• Negotiate contracts and contribute to predictable revenue growth
• Collaborate with marketing, consulting, and product teams to serve prospects effectively
• Translate client insights into improvements for our solutions
