About the role
Benefits
- Base salary: €100,000.
- OTE: €180,000–€200,000 (mix of personal commission + team bonus).
- Company car / car allowance: Possible.
- Contract: Full-time.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role in a start up or series A-C SaaS business
- Proven track record of direct selling to customers, earlier in career journey.
- Proven track record of hands-on new market or product launches in Europe.
- Strong experience leading SDR or inside sales teams inc coaching, process, and motivation.
- Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations discipline.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with lean resources, thrives in “builder mode.”
- Fluent in English; Dutch or another European language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of commercial performance across UK, Ireland, Spain, and broader Europe.
- Lead the European launch of Zero, starting with Benelux.
- Hands-on selling during the first 6–9 months (demos, closing, pipeline creation).
- Build, manage, and coach the European sales organisation.
- Oversee and stabilise a heavily restructuring sales team.
- Improve mid-market results in UK/IE/ES via leadership and coaching.
- Develop and execute the European GTM strategy.
- Decision-making and reporting in monthly board meetings.
- Evaluate and optimise the SalesTech stack.
- Work closely with the CRO on targets, ROI, pipeline, and revenue strategy.
