- Je begeleidt en coördineert Zendesk-projecten van start tot oplevering.
- Je stemt af met klanten en interne teams om voortgang te waarborgen.
- Je lost technische vraagstukken en issues snel en effectief op.
- Je adviseert klanten over best practices en verbeterkansen.
- Je test, documenteert en borgt de kwaliteit van oplossingen.
- Je blijft up-to-date met nieuwe Zendesk features en AI-ontwikkelingen.
