Je ontwerpt en implementeert geavanceerde Zendesk-omgevingen, bouwt slimme workflows en treedt op als technische autoriteit binnen een ecosysteem dat zich razendsnel ontwikkelt met AI. Daarmee draag je bij aan langdurig succes voor klanten en help je Premium Plus zich te positioneren als wereldleider in customer experience, terwijl je tegelijkertijd meebouwt aan de toekomst van Zendesk AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Je implementeert en configureert Zendesk-omgevingen voor klanten.
  • Je analyseert klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar technische oplossingen.
  • Je ontwerpt en optimaliseert workflows en automatiseringen.
  • Je begeleidt en coördineert Zendesk-projecten van start tot oplevering.
  • Je stemt af met klanten en interne teams om voortgang te waarborgen.
  • Je lost technische vraagstukken en issues snel en effectief op.
  • Je adviseert klanten over best practices en verbeterkansen.
  • Je test, documenteert en borgt de kwaliteit van oplossingen.
  • Je blijft up-to-date met nieuwe Zendesk features en AI-ontwikkelingen.
