Required Skills
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong attention to detail
- Patience and ability to clearly share knowledge
- Affinity for technology and translating customer requests into solutions
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within a restaurant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new clients from start to finish
- Respond to incoming customer requests during adoption phase
- Design tailored onboarding experiences based on client needs
- Initiate and implement improvements in processes and methods
- Contribute actively to a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering and product to translate client feedback into improvements
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction during onboarding
