As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you are a key player in ensuring the success of our clients during the adoption phase of the platform. You work closely with multiple teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience, creating value for new clients and driving long-term satisfaction.

About the role

  • Salary €2,700–€3,100 per month

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Patience and ability to clearly share knowledge
  • Affinity for technology and translating customer requests into solutions

Nice-to-Have Skills:

 Experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within a restaurant

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding of new clients from start to finish
  • Respond to incoming customer requests during adoption phase
  • Design tailored onboarding experiences based on client needs
  • Initiate and implement improvements in processes and methods
  • Contribute actively to a culture of learning and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering and product to translate client feedback into improvements
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction during onboarding
