Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in a SaaS or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of digital tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and resilience
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential restaurant partners to promote Zenchef’s digital solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product demonstrations and proposals
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Stay up to date with market trends and the competitive landscape in the hospitality and SaaS sectors
