Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in a SaaS or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of digital tools and CRM systems
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and resilience
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential restaurant partners to promote Zenchef’s digital solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product demonstrations and proposals
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay up to date with market trends and the competitive landscape in the hospitality and SaaS sectors
