Customer Success Manager

Introduction

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who can ensure to manage our customers, our platform is delivered and adopted successfully by customers, while also being the go-to partner for the sales team.

You’ll coordinate technical deliveries, manage customer success, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure that every implementation is a win; for both the customer and Merqato. You’ll also bring customer insights back into our product team to keep improving the platform based on real-world use.
This is a hybrid role combining customer success and product delivery and it requires someone comfortable with both technical and business discussions; particularly in a sector where trust, clarity, and reliability matter deeply.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Product Delivery, Project Management, or related roles; ideally in SaaS or platform-based environments.
  • Strong project management capabilities; you’re comfortable managing timelines, coordinating across teams, and ensuring successful deliveries.
  • Experience working with both technical teams (developers, engineers) and commercial stakeholders.
  • An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with data-driven products or integration-heavy platforms.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and AI-driven platforms is ideal.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full customer journey from onboarding to ongoing support and expansion.
  • Coordinate implementation timelines and product delivery, ensuring all technical requirements are met and deadlines are kept.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients in the agricultural sector, understanding their pain points and helping them solve problems with our platform.
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment across internal and external teams.
  • Drive adoption and engagement by guiding customers through setup, usage, and optimization of the platform.
  • Monitor customer success resolve issues proactively, and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Feed insights and feedback into the product roadmap to continuously improve the platform.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and internal tooling.
