Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer focus and service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (Dutch & French)
  • Ability to handle customer calls and follow-ups
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn
  • Comfortable using office tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Excel)
  • Quick learner and team player
  • 0–2 years relevant experience (entry level welcome)

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with inbound leads and qualify opportunities
  • Manage customer onboarding and guide them to a successful go-live
  • Maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers
  • Provide training sessions and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize processes
  • Assist in creating onboarding materials and documentation
  • Report progress and insights to founders & team
