Required Skills
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
● At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
● Excellent communication skills in English (Fluency in English, both spoken and
written) and Dutch is a plus.
● Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
● A self-starter who is structured and proactive.
● Experience in the superyacht industry is a bonus, but definitely not a must –
affinity with the sector and a strong willingness to learn are just as valuable.
● You’re comfortable working with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and CRM
systems like Copper.
● Permission to live and work in the Netherlands
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Manager, you will be the commercial face of SuperYacht Times. You will:
● Manage and grow an international client portfolio (from brokers to shipyards).
● Sell media products such as advertising, data subscriptions, event partnerships, and
custom content campaigns.
● Build long-term relationships by thinking strategically with our clients and offering
solutions that align with their goals.
● Collaborate with our editorial, marketing, and product teams to sharpen our
offerings and take them to market effectively.
● Identify new commercial opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
