Required Skills
- Consultative selling mindset – ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident in engaging with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn – self-motivated, curious, and driven to grow.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
- Interest in technology and digital transformation – especially in industrial software (PLM, IoT, MOM, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the customer portfolio within the Benelux region.
- Engage with clients to understand their operational challenges and digital ambitions.
- Support the full sales cycle – from prospecting to offer preparation, guided by senior mentors.
- Assist in negotiations and contract management during both sales and project phases.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to design tailored proposals and campaigns.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and software partners.
- Contribute to expanding Percall’s commercial footprint in the Benelux market.
