Country Manager - Belgium

Introduction

As Country Manager / Senior Business Developer for Belgium, you will be responsible for launching, growing, and scaling Roadsoft’s presence in the Belgian market. You will combine hands-on new business development with strategic market ownership, acting as the commercial face of Roadsoft in Belgium while building a strong and sustainable pipeline.

This role is ideal for a senior commercial professional who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and building something from the ground up. You will introduce Roadsoft’s AI-driven SaaS solution to the Belgian transport market, working closely with founders and leadership to define go-to-market strategy, drive revenue, and establish long-term partnerships. You won’t just sell a product — you will build a market.

About the role

Benefits

  • Base salary of up to €5,000 per month
  • Performance-based bonus ranging from €2,000 to €4,000 per month

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in senior business development or sales within B2B SaaS
  • Strong track record in opening and scaling new markets
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
  • Ability to sell consultatively to senior decision-makers and C-level
  • Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus)

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Belgian market
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery to closing and onboarding
  • Develop new business opportunities and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners
  • Act as Roadsoft’s commercial ambassador in Belgium
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Provide continuous market insights to support product development and international growth
